In July 31st, 2025, TIS Energy has officially announced the completion of its strategic acquisition of the Sebuku Block from Mubadala Energy. Finalized in Singapore, the transaction marks a major milestone in the company’s upstream portfolio expansion in Indonesia. With this acquisition, TIS Energy assumes operatorship of the Sebuku Block, a mature offshore gas asset with established production and distribution infrastructure, offering strong optimization potential in the years ahead.
In 2023, we proudly reached a major operational landmark with the RBG Block I Gas Field coming On-Stream. This successful transition from development to production marks the fruition of years of strategic planning and execution. The consistent energy flow from this field is a testament to our delivery capabilities and commitment to meeting regional energy demands.
The year 2022 brought a significant regulatory achievement with the formal Plan of Development (POD) Approval. This authorization is crucial for advancing our key asset, validating our development strategy, and providing a clear pathway towards commercial production, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the company.
A pivotal milestone was achieved in 2019 as we successfully transitioned to an Operatorship role. This elevated responsibility reflects our technical capability and operational maturity, enabling us to directly manage and optimize key energy projects. The Operatorship further solidified our position as an integrated energy company capable of delivering complex solutions.
The year 2013 marked our strategic entry into the dynamic energy sector. We began by establishing a robust trading business, focusing on the supply of crude oil and petroleum products. Simultaneously, we laid the groundwork for future expansion by initiating upstream operations, demonstrating our commitment to securing essential energy resources and building a foundation as a trusted regional energy partner.
In 2013, TIS Petroleum (Asia) Pte Ltd marked its entry into the energy sector by establishing its trading business. The company began with the supply of crude oil and petroleum products, laying the foundation for its growth as a trusted regional energy partner. This milestone not only demonstrated TIS’s capability in delivering essential energy resources but also set the stage for future expansion into upstream operations and integrated energy solutions.
