Project or Document Control

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compiling, collecting and controlling documents related to on going Project.
  • Interface with the project team and task managers to define the scope of work in the development and update of detailed schedules and identification of variances from the original plan.
  • Analyzes the project documentation structure progress and identifies developing problem areas. Preparation of indicative project documentation structure.
  • Recognizes issues and advises and confers with task managers and project team on matters affecting project execution. Participates in key risk management discussions on project matters.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports from the Project Manager and Management is used to report the progress of work
  • To monitor and ensure the project performance and to identify variances from project planning
  • Prepare and provide project progress reports


  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in project and or document control.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Knowledgeable and possess good analytical skill and well experience with relevant computer software/programs i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, etc.
  • Possess strong analytical skill and effectively communicate technical data.
  • Ability to interact effectively in diverse team environment, especially in multinational environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
  • Proactive, meticulous, responsible and good working attitude
  • Can adapt in fast-pace working environment
  • Loyal, honest and integrity
