TIS Energy Signs the Perkasa Production Sharing Contract to Support Achieving National Energy Self-Sufficiency

Press Release 25 November 2025

TIS Energy has officially signed the Perkasa Production Sharing Contract (PSC) during the Grand Launching of Indonesia’s Oil and Gas Exploration 2025, organized by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in Jakarta. This signing marks another significant step for the company in expanding its upstream oil and gas portfolio while contributing to the government’s efforts to achieving national energy self-sufficiency.

TIS Energy reaffirms its commitment to an effort to contribute to domestic production capacity by embarking on results-driven exploration activities in the Perkasa block, located in offshore northeast java. Backed by proven experience and operational capabilities in the upstream sector, the company aims to deliver meaningful contributions to Indonesia’s exploration targets in the coming years.

TIS Energy’s Deputy Managing Director, Colin Soh, emphasized that the Perkasa PSC is aligned with the company’s long-term business strategy. “With the Perkasa PSC, we are strengthening the foundation of TIS Energy’s growth while supporting Indonesia’s broader energy security agenda. Responsible and efficient exploration is essential to ensuring stable and sustainable national energy availability,” he said.

As a company that prioritizes sustainability, TIS Energy is committed to executing all stages of the Perkasa PSC responsibly. The company integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its operations through environmental protection, early community engagement, and transparent, regulation-compliant governance—reflecting the company’s core value of Trust in its relationships with stakeholders.

“Sustainability for us goes beyond corporate strategy; it represents our tangible contribution to Indonesia’s energy future,” Colin added. By upholding Integrity in every decision and delivering Solutions that address national energy needs, TIS Energy is committed to creating long-term value and supporting the development of a stronger, safer, and more sustainable energy ecosystem for future generations.
